This guide will help you discover how mind machines have been used in the past and what are they being used for now.

My previous therapist training has shown me that through educating people on how to be mindful, giving them practical tips and hacks on how to promote balance in their mind and body, allows you to find strategies which best suit your course in life

I work with a combination of Mindfulness along with Kinesiology and NLP training.  My love of learning and how things work has given me a different approach to how people work, and has also given me great pleasure in helping many people through the years.

As this site develops I hope to share my personal insight from using mind machines for over 25 years.
