We all have a Circadian System.  This is the body’s natural cycle, which runs throughout the day, which includes our metabolic function.  There are optimum times in the day where it is better to eat, sleep, and be active.

This part of your body responds to your reactions to life.  The Sympathetic Nervous System governs the fight or flight response and the Parasympathetic Nervous System governs the nature and nurture response.
